At Soul & Sunrise, we want you to truly love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged and free from scratches or signs of wear. Please take care to ensure necklaces are securely packaged to avoid tangling or damage during transit.

Returns sent back after 30 days, or items that arrive worn or damaged, won’t be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We kindly note that Soul & Sunrise can’t be responsible for parcels lost or delayed during return shipping, so we recommend using a tracked service where possible. Depending on your location, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to reach us.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we’ll process your refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
